Tourism Beyond Borders: Navigating the Changes

Jeyhun Efendi has over 25 years of experience in the airline industry.

He has joined flydubai in 2008 during the airline startup phase and was part of the development of airline’s commercial and distribution strategy.

At present he is heading Commercial, Sales, and Service operations in over 50 markets across Europe, Middle East and CIS developing strategy for entry into new markets.

He is overlooking company’s e-commerce strategy overseeing global digital transformation delivering revenues exceeding 1Billion US$ through digital channels

Prior to flydubai, Mr. Efendi has worked for Emirates Airlines for over 13 years in various commercial roles among which was Regional Manager in regions like Russia& CIS as well as Thailand & Indochina.

Mr. Efendi is from Baku, Azerbaijan and holds an MBA award from Bradford University (UK)
