Group Chief Executive Officer, QTerminals WLL

Neville Bissett is the Group Chief Executive Officer of QTerminals WLL, the Qatar based leading international port and terminal developer and operator which provides handling services for containers, bulk and general cargo, RORO, livestock, off-shore supply services and cruise ships. 

Mr. Bissett has substantial international experience in port administration and terminal operations. Prior to joining QTerminals,  he served as the general manager of Ports Development Company, the master developer and Port Authority of King Abdullah Port (KAP) in Saudi Arabia. 

In 2006, Mr. Bissett joined Hutchison Port Holdings, where he served as CEO of Alexandria International Container Terminals (AICT) in Egypt, and later as CEO of Tanzania International Container Terminals (TICT). 

With over two decades of experience in ports and terminals development and management, he formerly served as managing director of an AP Moeller Terminals (APMT)/Bolloré joint venture in West Africa. Mr. Bissett has also held other senior executive management roles in the Middle East, Africa, South America, the Caucasus region, and Europe.

Mr. Bissett holds a BA Honours degree from the University of Leeds and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute in the UK.
