Since 2004, he has held leading managerial positions in various energy agencies and companies.

Romeo Mikautadze graduated from Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University and received a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Relations.

Romeo Mikautadze was honored with the Order of Honour by the state for his exceptional leadership in overseeing the successful implementation of the Jakhunderi-Mestia Power Transmission Line project in Georgia's energy sector.
