Stefan who is co-founder of Conduct, consults with families, financial institutions, and public bodies to explore the different aspects that make up the art of wealth planning. His particular focus is on helping families with their most strategic wealth challenges – including family businesses, constitutions, and retreats. 

He serves as a board member of family businesses and assumes the roles of trustee, protector, executor, and mediator in complex family disputes. Before co-founding Conduct, Stefan held senior positions with Bär & Karrer, Goldman Sachs, Rothschild & Co. and Kaiser Partner.
