With more than 15 years of experience as a senior executive, Giorgi Tsikolia currently holds the position of Regional Director at Lineate, a U.S. software development company that operates throughout Eastern Europe. Managing multiple offices across different locations, Giorgi is responsible for expanding Lineate's business in Georgia and the surrounding regions. 

Before joining Lineate, Giorgi had a successful public service and international relations career. From 2015 to 2022, Giorgi was Deputy Chief of Mission at the Georgian Embassy in the United States.

Prior to his career in diplomacy, Giorgi led multiple Georgian state agencies that aimed to attract foreign investment, promote trade, and create jobs.

Earlier in his career, Giorgi was a startup CEO and led sales and marketing teams in several companies. 
 
Giorgi holds a position at Lineate while serving as a vice president of the America-Georgia Business Council, a non-profit organization based in Washington, DC. 

He received his education from The Fletcher School of Diplomacy at Tufts University, a leading institution in international relations.
