Valery Dil

Vice-Prime Minister of Kyrgyz Republic

Vice Prime-Minister of Kyrgyz Republic H.E. Valery Dil for ages served on managing positions of the Committee on polity issues, rule of law and the constitutional law of the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of Kyrgyz Republic. In 2006-2007 V. Dil served as an Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, supervising issues of the real sector and cooperation with international financial institutions. In 2008-2014 he served as a Head of a state agency developing energy sector in Kyrgyz Republic. On April 4, 2014 V. Dil was appointed as a Vice - Prime - Minister of Kyrgyz Republic. 

At the same time V. Dil is the Chairman of the People's Council of Germans in Kyrgyzstan, Member of the Presidium of the Kyrgyz People Assembly, Representative of the German Red Cross in Kyrgyzstan, Co-chairman of the “Union of Entrepreneurs - Germany, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan."

V. Dil has a number of high awards, including: Order of "Manas» III degree of Kyrgyz Republic, Order "Commonwealth" – of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, Silver medal of the Pope "For significant contribution to the cultural development of peoples" and Medal "Catherine the Great" of Russian Federations.

On his position V. Dil is supervising activities of Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Energy and Industry, Ministry of Transport and Communications, State agency of anti-monopoly regulation, State Communications Agency, State Agency for Regulation of Energy, State Service of regulation and supervision of financial market, State Service for Intellectual Property and Innovation, Fund for State Property Management, National Institute of Strategic Studies of the Kyrgyz Republic, State-owned enterprises of the Kyrgyz Republic and joint stock companies with equity participation of the state.
