Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In August 2017 Mr. Dossaev was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 1987 he graduated from the Republic’s Physics and Mathematics Boarding School in Alma-Ata. He graduated from Almaty Energy Institute, Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

2001-2003, Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Support of small business;
2003-2004, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2004-2006, Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2006-2012, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KazInvestBank JSC;
2012-2016, Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2016-2017, Chairman of the Baiterek national holding company.
Erbolat Dossaev was born in 1970 in Alma-Ata.
