H.E. Ramin Guluzade
H.E. Ramin Guluzade is a Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, since February 13, 2017.
He graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics and holds MA degree from the same university.
He worked at Heydar Aliyev Foundation in 2005-2015. Mr. Guluzade was Awarded Tereggi (Progress) Medal in 2014, by the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for his active participation in preserving and popularizing the nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev’s heritage.
On November 25, 2015, Mr. Guluzade was appointed First Deputy Minister of Communications and High Technologies, and on January 15, 2016, he was appointed Minister of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Mr. Guluzade is married, with two children.
