David Tvalabeishvili
Mr. Tvalabeisvhili is General Director of Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation and has almost twenty years of experience with strong focus on Georgian enegy sector.
Before becoming General Director of GOGC, in 2010-2011 he was working for United States Agency for International Development Mission Georgia as a Energy Project Manager.
During his career he was serving as: Energy Project Director for Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund (MCG, 2008-2010); 2006-2007 – World Bank Tbilisi Office / “Carbon Finance” project coordinator for South Caucasus; 1996-2005 - Georgian International Oil Corporation / Head of the Strategic Planning Service.
Mr. Tvalabeishvili graduated from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Physics in 1993. He knows Russian and English Languages.
