Mr. Deng Xiao Feng is the Chief Executive Officer of China Telecom Global Limited.

Mr. Deng is a senior engineer. He gradu-ated from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications with a bachelor degree in radio telecommunications engineering, and received a MBA from South China University of Technology.

Prior to manage ring the company in 2012, Mr. Deng served as Chief Executive Officer of China Telecom (Hong Kong) International Limited, Deputy General Manager of China Telecom Corporation Limited – Guang Dong Company, General Manager of China Telecom Company Limited – Shenzhen Branch and Fo Shan Branch respectively, and the President of Guangzhou Research Institute of China Telecom Corpora-tion Ltd.

Mr. Deng has over 25 years of operational and extensive managerial experience in the telecommunications industry in China.
