Chairwoman of Board of Directors and CEO of Clever Synergies Investment Fund; Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Bulgarian American Credit Bank

Ms. Borislavova is majority shareholder (61%) and Chairwoman of the Supervisory board of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank /BACB/ from July 2011. She is also founder, owner and chairperson of CSIF, established in 2005. The company consolidated assets are approximately EUR 400 million; the fixed capital is EUR 70 million and revenues reaching EUR 29 million per year. Main areas of Activity of the group are: renewable energy finalized for around 50 million euro:  wind parks, hydropower plants; financial services: banking, asset management and securitization, finance engineering; agricultural activities; industry and services; freight forwarding and port services: Despred, a leading Bulgarian company offering all types of handling and transportation of goods as well as customs clearance of imported and exported shipments; Port Bulgaria West and Buljack situated in the South-East part of the Bay of Bourgas: a public transport port, refrigeration warehouses, fish processing factory; Port Bulgaria Management: ferry line between Bulgaria and Georgia; tourism: Pamporovo JSC; mountain resort,  hotels; Monek Jug, manufacturer of mining equipment; real estate.

Ms. Borislavova is Honorary Council of Iceland in Bulgaria. She is also board member of the Oxford Club; member of the Advisory Committee of Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership, Clean Energy Finance Solutions; Member of Clinton Global Initiative (CGI).

Ms. Borislavova is Founder and Chairwoman of “Global Bulgaria Initiative”, a non-profit association established on November 12, 2002; Founder of the “Tipping point” foundation, a non-profit association, established in 2005; Founder and chairwoman of the “Credo Bonum” foundation, established in 2006. Credo Bonum Foundation is an independent non-governmental organization striving for positive change in modern society; Founder and Vice president of Bulgarian Green Building Council (BGBC).

Ms. Borislavova holds Master Degree from Higher Economics Institute in Sofia subject “International economic affairs”, Master Degree from SU “St. Kliment Ohridski” subject “Spanish and English philology”; two years in the Bucharest University – subject “Philosophy and western languages”; one year specialization in the Madrid University.
