Dimitry Kumsishvili is the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. Prior to this position, He served as the Vice Mayor of Tbilisi, the First Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia,  the Chairman of Natural Agency of State Property and the CEO at ‘’Startup & Innovative Business Investment Fund’’.  He also was the Chairman of the Committee discussing the issues concerning the Rules of Expropriation of Property for Pressing Public Needs and the Chairman of Intergovernmental Commission studying the cases of the agreements regarding the State Property Management. He  held positions of Business Development Director at ‘’Palitra Media’’, Head of Treasury Department at ‘’Cartu Bank’’ and Auditor ‘’Audit & Consulting’’. He also served as the First Deputy General Director at ‘’Cartu Bank’’ and  the Chairman of the Supervisory Board ‘’Rational Solutions’’. He was  a member of the Supervisory Board at ‘’Global Contact Consulting’’ and ‘’Tbilisi Interbank Currency Exchange’’. Dimitry Kumsishvili holds Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Tbilisi State University.
