Moscow-born Vladimir Ilichev has been the Development Director for Russia & CIS at Hilton Worldwide since 2008. He has over 20 years of development experience and a wealth of expertise in Russian and CIS real estate markets. During his employment with a large private bank, Mr. Ilichev developed a network of retail branches and various mixed-use office complexes across Moscow, Russia and hotels in south of Turkey. He developed multifunctional office and retail complexes in Moscow while with the Russian-British JV .

As a Development Director, he pioneered the Russian brand network for the pharmaceutical retail brand, “Apteki 36,6”. Since 1999, Mr. Ilichev successfully developed several hotel projects in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Omsk and other regions of Russia and Ukraine as a Development Director for Russia & CIS at Accor. He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management.
