In the Government of Ukraine Nataliya Mykolska focuses on export promotion efforts, negotiations of multilateral and bilateral preferential trade agreements, building of a consistent and predictable trade policy and protection of the interests of Ukraine in the WTO.  

Mrs. Mykolska has fifteen years of experience working as a legal counsel in all areas of international trade, including WTO and free trade agreements, trade defense measures, trade financing, cross-border trade transactions and contracts, agency and distribution, franchising and other areas. For a number of years Nataliya Mykolska participated in the Doing Business project and advised the World Bank and International Finance Corporation on customs law and regulatory matters. 

Since assuming her duties as Trade Representative of Ukraine - Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Mrs. Mykolska has led numerous trade missions to many countries aimed at development of Ukrainian exports and economic cooperation. A third part of a year Mrs. Mykolska spends in foreign business trips aimed to strengthen Ukrainian exports.
