Since joining Korea Water Resources Corporation, Mr. Seo has been involved in strategic planning and corporate finance area.
He has started his overseas project career in 2005 and has developed 147MW Patrind Hydropower IPP in Pakistan, made an acquisition deal of 218MW Angat Hydropower Plant in Philippines and is developing 280MW Nenskra Hydropower project in Georgia as a top management of Project Companies. All three projects are based on traditional project finance deal.
