György László, PhD is Secretary of State for Economic Strategy and Regulation in the Ministry for Innovation and Technology, associate professor at John von Neumann University and assistant professor at ELTE University. He lectures on economic policy, foreign economic policy and international relations. Until his appointment as secretary of state he served as chief economist at Századvég, the largest think tank in Hungary working together with the Prime Minister’s Office and the incumbent government. His newest book titled “Setting the Balance –the Mission of Economic Policy” was launched at the end of 2017 in Hungarian and will be released in English in 2018.
