Elena Perminova
Elena Perminova is a Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus. She worked tourism manager, specialist in development of the tourist product ODO «Kobzar». She was leading Economy Department, Vitebsk City Executive Committee.
In Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus she was in charge Department for Foreign Investment Attraction Policy and Department for International Cooperation and Free Economic Zones. She was Director of the Tourism Department, Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus.
Elena Perminova also headed Investment Policy Department, Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.
Elena Perminova graduated Belarusian State Economic University and Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
